Trainee Butcher Working in the onward processing of pork produce, you could be working in curing, cooking and smoking. Along with your pay, there is ample opportunity to increase your earning with the production bonus scheme, rewarding you for what you bring to the table. £10.14 to £10.70 per hour
Progressing to £15 per hour
